Objectives
On completion of the course delegates will have the knowledge and skills to be able to:
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 together with the revised Approved Code of Practice and Guidance
• Be able to use the document to identify the duties of the various parties together with the practical implementation of these duties.
• Prepare a Pre- Tender Health and Safety Plan
